3. Community & Behaviour Expectations

Any inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from an event or community access without warning or refund (if applicable).

4. Right to Refuse or Remove Participation

Unwind reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Refuse entry to any individual

• Remove any participant, member, or guest from an event, waitlist, group, or community

• Restrict future participation

This may occur if a participant is deemed unsuitable for the community, violates these Terms, negatively impacts the environment, or behaves in a manner considered inappropriate by the organizers.

All such decisions made by Unwind shall be final.

5. Photography & Media

By attending Unwind events, you acknowledge that photos, videos, or recordings may be captured during experiences for promotional, archival, or social media purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media content, please inform the organizers prior to or during the event.

6. Safety & Personal Responsibility

Participants attend events voluntarily and are responsible for:

• Their own personal belongings

• Their own conduct and decisions during events

• Following venue rules and local laws

Unwind shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, or disputes occurring during participation unless required under applicable law.

7. Changes & Updates

Unwind reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation or use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
